Spiced cherry sorbet
Naturally sweet cherries, along with a little spice, transform into a refreshing sorbet – it's great!

Ingredients
300g cherries, pitted (pitted weight 260g)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp mixed spice
1 tsp vanilla essence
1½ tbsp maple syrup
Method
Tip the cherries into a freezerproof container and freeze for a minimum of 2 hours, until completely frozen
When ready to serve, tip all of the ingredients into a food processor and blend until completely smooth
Serve straight away for a soft sorbet or freeze again for a firmer consistency
